1. Our Products & Services

Itali Signature specializes in the design, manufacturing, and supply of custom and made-to-order furniture, including bedrooms, dressing rooms, kitchens, living spaces, dining furniture, and other interior furniture solutions.

Many of our products are manufactured according to individual project requirements and may be customized in terms of dimensions, materials, colors, finishes, fabrics, hardware, and design.

2. Quotations & Pricing

All quotations provided by Itali Signature are based on the specifications, quantities, materials, dimensions, and finishes discussed and approved by the client.

A quotation may be subject to change if the project specifications are modified before production.

Prices, offers, and quotations are valid for the period stated in the quotation. If no validity period is specified, Itali Signature reserves the right to update the quotation based on changes in materials, manufacturing costs, or other relevant factors.

3. Orders & Approval

An order is considered confirmed once the required deposit or payment has been received and the relevant project specifications have been approved.

Before production begins, the client may be required to approve:

• Final design
• Measurements
• Materials
• Colors
• Finishes
• Fabrics
• Hardware
• Other project specifications

Once approved and production has started, changes may result in additional costs or changes to the delivery schedule.

4. Custom Manufacturing

Because many Itali Signature products are custom-made, the final product may contain minor variations in natural materials and handcrafted finishes.

Variations in wood grain, veneer patterns, texture, color, and other natural characteristics are considered normal and are not necessarily considered defects.

5. Measurements & Site Conditions

Where measurements are provided by the client, the client is responsible for ensuring that the measurements are accurate unless measurement services have been specifically provided and confirmed by Itali Signature.

The client is responsible for providing accurate information regarding access, doors, elevators, stairs, walls, electrical points, plumbing, and other site conditions that may affect installation.

6. Production & Delivery

Estimated production and delivery times are provided based on the information available at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery dates may be affected by material availability, design changes, site readiness, transportation, installation conditions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We will make reasonable efforts to keep the client informed of any significant changes to the estimated schedule.

7. Delivery & Installation

The client is responsible for ensuring that the site is ready and accessible for delivery and installation.

If the site is not accessible or ready for installation, additional delivery, storage, transportation, or installation costs may apply.

The client should inspect the furniture upon delivery and installation and report any visible issue to our team promptly.

8. Payments

Payment terms are agreed upon between Itali Signature and the client before production begins.

The agreed payment schedule must be followed according to the quotation or sales agreement.

Failure to make payments according to the agreed schedule may result in delays, suspension of production, or postponement of delivery.
